Our wall panels start at a standard size of 4x8 feet but can be tailored to fit any theme or design concept, making them versatile for any event or space. Whether you're looking to enhance a wedding venue, corporate event, or retail space, our panels serve as the perfect focal point, elevating the ambiance with their modern aesthetic.

To ensure the best print quality and accurate cutting, please follow these guidelines when preparing your design files:

  • Image Dimensions: Your design should be created in 48x96 inches (4 feet by 8 feet) to match the standard panel size.
  • File Format: Save your design as a PNG with a high resolution to maintain clarity and detail.
  • Cut File Requirements (If Provided):
    • Must include 0.01” trace lines for precise cutting.
    • Add 0.25” circle registration marks along the perimeter, with at least two on each side to ensure the file can be accurately read by the printer.

If a cut file is not provided, we can create one for you for a $10 per image fee. Proper setup ensures a smooth production process and the highest quality results.

Vector Cut File Requirement

For precise cutting and proper registration with our printer, your design must include a vector cut file. This file ensures that the printer recognizes where to cut, producing clean edges and an accurate final product.

Don’t Have a Cut File?

No problem! We can create one for you for a $10 per board fee. This step is essential for production, so if you do not provide a cut file, this charge will automatically apply.

Wall Panel Purchase Policy

Ordering Process:

  • Customization: Each wall panel is customized to your specifications. Please provide detailed personalization specifics including theme, verbiage, color scheme, and any relevant details.

  • Production Queue: Production Queue: Since this listing is for customers who already have a design ready, we can prioritize wall panel production faster than ever! With no additional design work needed, we offer a guaranteed same-week delivery option. However, we do ask for 3-5 business days for order processing, file verification, and file conversion (if necessary) before shipping begins. This ensures the highest print quality and accuracy. If a vector cut file is not provided, additional processing time may be required to create one. Once everything is set, we ship your order promptly so you receive it as quickly as possible!

Shipping Policy:

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $75 for all wall panel orders under 8 panels. Once your order is completed, all wall panels are shipped via Next Day Air to ensure fast and secure delivery.
  • For larger orders (8+ panels), please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Our goal is to get your panels to you quickly and efficiently while ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Shipping Method: Wall Panels are shipped via FedEx. Large format printed items are shipped via Next Day Air to ensure timely delivery. All shipping policies are governed by the respective carriers.

  • Ownership and Responsibility: Ownership of your package transfers to you upon delivery. Half-A-Dozen Creations by Keith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit, nor for delays due to acts of God or weather-related issues.

Shipping Information: Please ensure accuracy of all shipping details provided during checkout to prevent delays or misdelivery. We do not assume responsibility for mis-delivery errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided shipping information.

Quick Tips for Wall Panels:

1. Support Structure:

  • Wall panels do not come with backs for upright support.
  • Use an upright bar and baseplate for optimal stability.

2. Presentation:

  • Fold panels completely open for best presentation.
  • Panels can also be used as is, depending on your preference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation Before Production: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled 24 hours after order has been placed. Please see FAQ for more clarity. before the design proof has been approved and production has commenced.

  • Cancellation After Production Begins: Once production of your wall panel(s) has started, cancellations are not accepted.
