Party Favor Purchase Policy:

Ordering Process:

• Customization: Each party favor package is customized to your specifications. Please provide detailed personalization specifics including theme, verbiage, color scheme, and any relevant details.

• Production Queue: Orders are prioritized based on the event date provided by the customer. Production time typically ranges from 10-14 days, depending on business volume. For expedited service, a rush fee option is available for quicker turnaround.

• Design Proof Approval: After placing your order, it enters our production queue. A digital proof of your party favor design will be emailed to you for approval. It is crucial to promptly review the proof for any minor changes, errors, or revisions. You are allowed up to 3 minor revisions, such as font and color adjustments, image positioning, and sizing. Please allow 48-72 hours for revisions to be processed. Please see more here.

Shipping Policy:

• Shipping Method: Party favors are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Items are shipped via ground shipping to ensure timely delivery. All shipping policies are governed by the respective carriers.

• Ownership and Responsibility: Ownership of your package transfers to you upon delivery. Half-A-Dozen Creations by Keith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit, nor for delays due to acts of God or weather-related issues.

• Shipping Information: Please ensure accuracy of all shipping details provided during checkout to prevent delays or misdelivery. We do not assume responsibility for mis-delivery errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided shipping information.

Pickup Policy:

• Pickup Location: Party favors can be picked up in the West Ashley or Summerville area. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for specific directions and hours of operation.
• Appointment Required: To guarantee availability and personalized service, we kindly request that you schedule a pickup appointment at least 3 days in advance. This allows us to prepare your order and ensure that it's ready for you upon arrival.
• Inspection: Upon arrival, please inspect your order to ensure everything is accurate and in excellent condition. If there are any concerns or discrepancies, please notify us immediately, and we will promptly address them.
• Late Pickup: If you are unable to pick up your party favors at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative pickup time. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and serve other customers efficiently.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation Before Production: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled 24 hours after order has been placed. Please see FAQ for more clarity. before the design proof has been approved and production has commenced.

• Cancellation After Production Begins: Once production of your party favors has started, cancellations are not accepted.
