Digital Purchase Policy:

Ordering Process:

• Customization: Each digital item is customized to your specifications. Please provide detailed personalization specifics including theme, verbiage, color scheme, and any relevant details.

• Production Queue: Orders are prioritized based on the event date provided by the customer. Production time typically ranges from 10-14 days, depending on business volume. For expedited service, a rush fee option is available for quicker turnaround.

• Design Proof Approval: After placing your order, it enters our production queue. A digital proof of your design will be emailed to you for approval. It is crucial to promptly review the proof for any minor changes, errors, or revisions. You are allowed up to 3 minor revisions, such as font and color adjustments, image positioning, and sizing. Please allow 48-72 hours for revisions to be processed. Please see more here.

• Digital Delivery Process: After proofs are approved, files will be delivered via WeTransfer, a trusted file delivery service known for its simplicity and efficiency. You'll receive a direct download link for easy access. If you haven't used WeTransfer before, please check your spam or junk folder, as the initial delivery email may end up there.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation Before Production: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled 24 hours after order has been placed. Please see FAQ for more clarity. before the design proof has been approved and production has commenced.

• Cancellation After Production Begins: Once production of your backdrop has started, cancellations are not accepted.
