We make it easy to bring your vision to life from start to finish.

Purchase Policy

Customization:
Every shirt is custom-made based on your specifications. Please include all personalization details such as theme, verbiage, color scheme, shirt type (unisex, youth, etc.), and any design preferences when placing your order.

Production Queue:
Orders are prioritized based on your event date. Standard production time is 10–14 business days, depending on order volume. Need it sooner? A rush fee option is available for faster turnaround.

Design Proof Approval:
After your order is placed, it enters our design queue. A digital proof will be emailed to you for approval. Please review it carefully for any errors or small changes (e.g., font, color, sizing, or placement).
You may request up to 3 minor revisions per order. Allow 48–72 hours for revision updates.

Ordering Process

1. Place Your Order with all customization details.

2. Receive Your Digital Proof via email.

3. Approve Your Design to move into production.

4. Production + Shipping begins after approval.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Method:
All apparel is shipped via FedEx or UPS. Shipping timelines depend on carrier processing and delivery location.

Ownership & Responsibility:
Ownership transfers to you once the order is marked delivered.
Half-A-Dozen Creations by Keith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Accurate Information:
Please double-check all shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Production:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Please refer to the FAQ for more details.

After Production Begins:
Once production or printing has started, cancellations and refunds are not accepted, as each item is made-to-order.

License & Rights:
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the product for personal purposes. Unauthorized use, duplication, or sale may violate copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for the misuse of designs or products after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper use and care of their apparel.
